Adding a link to another wiki page:

If you see something on another student's wiki, one of the communal pages (Current Events, Indian Society, Religion), or one of the teachers pages, you can link to that page from you page. For example, say Ms. Fleming puts something really cool up about yoga that relates to something on my page. This will show you how to link to another wiki page.

1. First, enter edit mode in your wiki.

On your own page, click EDIT at the top right-hand side of your screen.

2. Create the text you want to link to.

For example, if I wanted to link to Ms. Fleming's page, I might say something like:

Now that you've watched this really cool YouTube video about yoga, you should check out Ms. Fleming page to learn more. Her wiki has a lot of stuff about yoga, so if you want to learn more, go here.

3. Highlight the text you want to use.

Usually you make a link from a word or two, like "Ms. Fleming's page" or "here." For example, I highlighted "here."

4. Click "Link" button on the edit toolbar.

5. Select page you want to link to.

The text you want to use to be your link will be in the "Link Text" box.

In the "Page Name" drop-down menu, click the arrow and scroll down until you reach the wiki page you want to link to. For example, I found Ms. Fleming's Pages.

6. Click "Add link"! You did it!

Final product:
